As you probably realise after reading all about our company, we strive to deliver a product of outstanding quality.
This calls for optimum working methods, good selection procedures for both translators and proofreaders, and excellent client communication.
Most of our employees are university-educated and all have received extensive in-house training. Ever since the early days of our agency back in 1992, we have devoted the utmost attention to the pursuit of quality, and we are proud to be able to say that our clients frequently express their appreciation for our professional attitude.
The fact that we are the preferred supplier for several multinationals demonstrates confidence in the way we do business and the possibilities we offer.
Companies are increasingly asking whether we are certified, thinking that this is what really counts. However, certification only suggests a consistent approach at a certain level and provides no guarantees whatsoever for the end result: the translation.
We have been meeting the current NEN-EN 15038 standard for translation services for many years. However, because more and more companies are indicating to us that they would like us to possess a tangible certificate, we have embarked on the process of obtaining one.
Having said that, the quality of the translation will always be the critical factor, regardless of certification or organisation membership.
